Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or custom-made products.
Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content.
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lorentwatches.com.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
