Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content.

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lorentwatches.com.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
